At Elana, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Each piece is meticulously inspected before leaving our facility to ensure the highest standards are met. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Returns & Refunds

We are pleased to offer a full 100% refund, provided the guidelines below are followed.

Return Eligibility

  • To ensure the integrity of our garments, all returns must be in pristine, unworn condition with original tags attached.

  • A 20% restocking fee may be applied if the piece shows any signs of wear, if tags have been removed, or if there is evidence of fragrance, makeup, deodorant, or similar residue.

  • Garments that are damaged, altered, or not returned in their original condition cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Return Process

  • To begin your return, please submit the form below within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization.

  • Once approved, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions.

  • Your Return Authorization number will be sent within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM EST) after we receive the form below. If you do not receive this email, please confirm that your form was successfully submitted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • For the safest transit, we recommend using your original Elana packaging.

  • Please include all paperwork, including your Return Authorization number, inside the box to avoid any delays in processing.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the returned garment has been received, carefully inspected, and approved by our team.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for return processing once your return has arrived at our facility.
