At Elana, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Each piece is meticulously inspected before leaving our facility to ensure the highest standards are met. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

A 20% restocking fee may be applied if the item shows signs of wear, original tags have been removed, or there is evidence of fragrance, makeup, or deodorant residue.

Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will NOT be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Return Process

To initiate a return, please complete the form below within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization.

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be sent via email.

Your Return Authorization # will be emailed to you within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM EST). If you do not receive an email within this timeframe, please verify that your return form was successfully submitted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

We recommend to use the original Elana original box to return your item.

Paper work with the Return Authorization # must be in the box to avoid any confusion or delays in your return process.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
