Our full fashion collection has been hand crafted in the USA using all-natural fibers. As a result of this meticulous method, slight variations in the texture and color of the fabric may occur, which is an integral part of the creation process. This does not affect the overall quality of the garment. We take great pride in the high level of care that goes into creating each piece and believe that the uniqueness contributes to its distinctive character.

​Payment/Orders​

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.​

  • Orders are processed promptly upon receipt of payment. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing.

  • If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been processed or shipped. If the cancellation is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed to your original method of payment.

Shipping

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and delivered.

  • We are not liable for carrier delays. To ensure timely delivery, please plan accordingly.

  • A tracking number will be emailed upon request once your order is shipped.

Product Condition

  • Outlet merchandise may include discontinued styles, showroom samples, overstock, or closeout items. While every garment is inspected prior to shipment, minor variations may be present.

Colors

  • We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, photography, and lighting.

Availability/Pricing

  • Outlet inventory is limited. Once a style or size sells out, it may not be restocked.

  • The Elana Outlet offers exclusive pricing on select Outlet merchandise, including discontinued styles, overstock, and special offerings. These prices are unique to the Outlet and do not apply to, influence, or reflect the pricing of current Elana inventory sold through our authorized retailers. Each authorized retailer establishes its own pricing for current merchandise.

  • Every piece at Elana is individually made. There is an allowance/tolerance in measurements by up to or less then 1 inch. ​

​Private Labeling 

  • Since 1987, we have taken great pride in designing, manufacturing and building our brand. We do not authorize any retailer to rebrand our designs or present them as their own. This policy strictly prohibits private labeling or rebranding of Elana designs to protect brand integrity and quality. It applies to all distributors, retailers, resellers, and partners.

  • It is strictly prohibited to remove our brand label and replace it with another, thereby rebranding our designs.

  • Unauthorized rebranding misrepresents our original creative work and constitutes intellectual property theft.

  • Violators of this policy are committing intellectual property theft and brand misrepresentation.
